Lottery F.A.Q.

What is the Lottery?
It's a simple automated system that draws a weekly winner in the forums. However you must purchase a ticket to be part of the draw.

How much is a ticket for the Lottery?
The ticket price is presently set at 125 Silver Credits.

How much is there to win?
The base Lottery prize is for 10000 Silver Credits every week. However the final prize is bigger since each ticket purchase is added to the pool. For example, if 20 people buy a ticket that week, the total prize would then be 10000 + (20 * 125) = 12500 Silver Credits. The more tickets are sold, the bigger is the Total Prize Pool.

Who makes the draw?
The draw is made by the server. No human has anything to do with this, it is totally random.

What are my chances of winning?
The odds depend on the number of people that entered the draw.

How will I know if I won?
Well first, in your profile, you will note a definite increase in Silver Credits! Also, you can view the 'Lottery History' on the Lottery page.

How do I know when is the next Lottery draw?
On the Lottery page, you will see 'Time Until Drawn'. The time is indicated there.

How do I purchase a ticket?
On the Lottery page, click on the 'Purchase a Ticket' button.

How many tickets can I purchase?
At this time, only 1 ticket per person is permitted, to make chances equal for everyone.
