Registering Problems:
SophiasPleasures.com is an adult site, and as such is unfortunately classified as a spam site for email providers like Hotmail or MSN. This site never spams or send unsollicited emails, but Hotmail and MSN Bots still often wrongly classifies sites in this way.
If you can't find the registration email in your main INBOX, you can look for it in the SPAM folder of your email account. When you have found it, there will be an option to "MARK AS NOT SPAM" or "NOT SPAM". I suggest you click it, so that further emails from SophiasPleasures.com will be sent to your INBOX and not be lost, since SPAM folders are most of the time automatically emptied by the email provider, after a certain delay.

Hey Buggy 
It's still a good idea to "MARK AS NOT SPAM" or "NOT SPAM" when you get an email from the site, for future references and messages that you might receive
