How to select an AVATAR from the Forum Galleries

Hi!

I have received a few PMs asking me how to put an Avatar if the person has none available on their computer, or if the person doesn't have the software to make one themselves. Through PMs, some also had the impression that the Avatar selection on the site was limited.

In fact, there are literally thousands of Avatars to choose from within your profile! Most people limit themselves to the first Avatar Gallery page that appears there. This post explains how to access the other Avatar Galleries in the Forums.

1. Click on 'Profile' in the Forum Menu.

2. In your Profile, click the 'Avatar' tab.

3. Once there, click the 'Show gallery' button.

4. The gallery window pops up, showing the fist Avatar selection. Now click on the 'Select category' option button. You will see dozens of available avatar gallery categories.

5. Once you select a gallery category, click the 'Go' button to view it.

6. Repeat the steps above to surf through the different galleries.

7. Select your Avatar by double clicking the image you wish. The window closes and you are then back to your profile. Click the 'Submit' button to finish.
